Once you arrive at your bay, use the provided laptop to log into our app or website. Enter your credentials, then click "Start Session" to begin.
2. How long does each session last?
Each session lasts 30 minutes. A notification sound will play 5 minutes before your session ends to remind you.
3. What happens if I want to continue playing?
If you want to extend your session, ensure your credit card on file is up to date. You will be automatically charged $15 for an additional 30 minutes.
4. How do I make sure I don't get charged for extra time?
To avoid extra charges, be sure to log out from the laptop at your bay once your session is complete. If you forget to log out, the system may continue charging your account.
5. How can I update my payment information?
Go to your account settings on our website or app and update your credit card details. Make sure your information is current to avoid any payment issues.
6. Can I reserve a simulator in advance?
Yes! You can book a session online through our website or app. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.
7. What happens if I accidentally log out before my time is up?
If you log out early, you can log back in and resume your session as long as there is remaining time.
8. Is there a refund policy for unused time?
No, once a session begins, we do not offer refunds for unused time.
9. Can I share my session with a friend?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend to share your time, but only one person can be actively logged in per bay.
10. What if I have technical issues with the simulator?
Please alert staff immediately if you experience any technical difficulties. We'll help resolve the issue and may compensate affected time if the problem is on our end.
